Title: The end of BIRD CLAN

Yo so we got Occitan (40 members) teaming up with hero party (30 members) against BIRD CLAN (9 members)... so yeah, the end of BIRD CLAN is here.  We have a city and a castle left, though, so expect some good fights coming up.  Tonight is the first as Occitan finally does their own work for a fief, instead of just buying them, and tries to take the BIRD CAPITAL Shariz.

I'm looking forward to a break when this is over, maybe head north and focus on trade in semi-retirement, but we will be bleeding Occitan as much as possible for jumping in on a family affair.

edit:  ALSO, CANARY, I really liked the creativity BADPLAYER and Smoothrich showed and muting/warning people for stuff like that just makes for an overwhelmingly stale diplomatic forum.  Shame on you.

We are sorry but we had the obligation to get involve in this war due to our alliance with hero party.It is not really a family affair since fcc is involve in it... no offence to bird clan! May the bird come back one day and be peacefull/lover for ever. CAW CAW

????  What FCC army was down there???  We were busy fighting hospitallers??  Oh well, any excuse works I guess, no need for accuracy.

BIRD clan, im sorry your faction went mostly inactive - the 3 week break was more devastating than any Hero party army.  Long life to my godking!!!

As bird-named folk myself I'll just say I hope BIRD CLAN has had fun and fights hard at this end without losing pride and brooding on the thing for the ages to come.

[edit] I've gotten sick of limegreen anyways, so I will be changing my font to this!  In memory of bird clan, just... a stronger note of pink I guess.

I made a thread last night and posted it, but when I alt tabbed to check on it I had the 500 error page or w/e.  Pretty much, BIRD CLAN is no more in the South.  Occitan put up a pretty good seige of Shariz, and what it came down to was whether or not I wanted to defend that city again or approach them and try to work out some kind of a deal.  One thing I will say about Occitan, even though I started this thread with the usual "bigger faction attacking us what bad people", is that they've always been very polite.  They violated us with ladders and melee instead of words.  I like that.  I would have held out to the end if it were hero party attacking, but I didn't really feel the need to bleed the troops from Occitan when I had the option of fleeing with something.

That being said, I'm in the market to buy a fief somewhere up north, contact me if you have an extra one lying around and want some pink back on the map.  In the meantime I'll just being enjoying a trader's life, clicking a map once in a while, making some profit and getting fat and lazy.
