Title: Setting my timezone?

Is this military time or what? what am I looking at? It says server is 11:00. My time is 2:00. so I do +3 and it says 14:00. so I just minus 2 hours?

11:00 am + 3 hours = 2:00 pm = 14:00 o clock

I guess you know what time zones are?
some countries use am and pm, others dont. Just set your time format to 12 hours

thnx i sort of get it now. but i was am when i should be pm, so -9 hours :D
