Since the WSE2_beta it is really smooth when alt+tab'ing out of the game.

Sometimes it happened to me that banners of some members of my team weren't showing up, even a few times my whole team was w/o banner until they re-appeared after several alt+tabs.

Therefore I can confirm that "banner bug" happens when the game has been alt+tab'ed.

I haven't witnessed the incident, I am just stating my experience.

I want to say,

Panpan usually plays at EU4 and i think this is EU4.(If not i dont have an idea) At EU4 first tick of the round comes at 6.30 so if we look at the screenshot, its just after the experience gain, so it might be the start of the round.And if it is, even a retard can notice that panpan is ally.But i dont know, i think he should be banned.
