Title: Cant open the launcher

Dear developers,

I cant open the launcher on my desktop, -it works great at the laptop-  it says something like (dont know the name).nlp cannot be loaded. I redownloaded launcher and net framework 3.5 few times... Help!

Thanks to the Meow, he said me to redownload .Net Framework 3.5 i actually did.But when i tried to open the setup, nothing happened... To do at this situation is; search "Windows Features on or off" at your computer. Found .Net Framework , deactivate it, download ".NET framework cleanup tool" open it, it shows which .NET Framework versions u got. If you dont have 3.5 , so you should have 4.0 or 4.5, so you will clean them, and download 4.0 or 4.5 ( which one you got ) not 3.5. Mine works clearly good for now :)
