You're probably stuck. Go to info and click the zoom tab in the top right box. Sangetche Castle is part of the mountain terrain. Exiting it to go south gets you stuck.

Are you moving through mountains ?

The speed in this terrain type is like 1/3 of normal speed, and the more you have troops, the even slower you march. Quickmarching is the only solution.

He was in the mountains that Sungetche is on the edge of.  If you come in at the wrong angle you'll catch the mountain and with too many crates (or exhausted) you can move under 1 meter/minute.  I've seen people moving around .2 meters/min.

That's what happens when you come to lands you've never seen before, you end up getting lost.
