1.4) Equipment (siegeshields) on ladders.

Simple poll,

Allow siege shields and other siege equipment on ladders?

Has nothing to do with skyladders, only about siege equipment on ladders!

Yes those are skyladders, but that is not what this poll is about ;)

This is about placing siege shields on legit ladders.

For voting on skyladders yes or no go to the 1.2 vote topic  :mrgreen:

Should write with big orange letters in the OP that the poll got nothing to do with the fact that those are sky ladders and that if you're gonna complain about skyladders go to thread 1.2.

Just so no one misunderstands anything.

No they are not. As I pointed out in that thread. SKY LADDER is any ladder built on top of another construction(ie ladder ontop of ladder)

So those siege shields fall under that technicality.

What you should be arguing isn't sky ladders, but instead, Unrealistic ladders(and by definition constructions).

One might know that a skyladder is not an actual word, thus it differs what ppl define it like.

I define it as a ladder to the sky (so not onto a wall, a roof or a tree, but into the sky)

Either way it has nothing to do with the skyladder now :)

I don't see any dev defining a skyladder.
Either way, i don't care about the definition now, ill keep them at floating ladder, and ladder into the sky ;)

Why not ? It's a game, people should have fun  :mrgreen: , too much realism/physics is also not good in my opinion.

fortify spawn option would be nice, didn't chadz say we were going to build village defenses anyway?

We also should define something about using ladders against horses. It should be discussed, some players had a problem with it and I think it should be considered. Tbh honest if siege shields on ladders are not allowed, ladders should not be used against cavalry either, because it doesn't make sense.

All these problems would be solved if they would get rid of these retarded ladders and give us the old, full motion pulting ladders back.
