Title: Unable to log into new character

I reset my password on the character site.  I can log into 2 old characters but not a newly created one.  It says the password is wrong.  How many characters can I have?

Have you ever successfully logged into the site with this character? I know if the character's name is used by someone else, you won't be able to set it up. A way to tell is if you log into a game server and start at level 0, with zero stats or items, the character name was already taken.

No, I've never logged on with the character before.  I was trying to start a new one.  I'm not sure I understand your method of determining if the name is already taken.

You normally start at level 1 with 3 str and 3 agi and some skillpoints to spend. You also spawn with peasant gear.

If you start at level 0 (and spawn with no gear), the character name is taken.
