Anyone know of a $600 Budget Laptop able to play WSE2? I assume it will be AMD everything to meet the price and performance.
Thanks in advance

"$600 budget laptop" means absolutely nothing. Without the specs, we can't tell.
-
Depends on the gfx card. If integrated, you might have to run it on low.

I think this would run it. Still looking for christmas specials I'm sure I can find a HD 7900 series i-chip somewhere

I think you misread the post, I was asking if you knew of one that is able to play it.

This may be the winner if I dont find a cheaper one. I just hate the resolution. Right now I'm running dx7 at 1600x900 on my laptop

I definitely did. :D
As Ozin said, the most important thing is that it has a discrete graphics card.

I play WSE2 at work with a notebook x401a asus , it was about $350. I am able to play it with 640x480 all low setting. It is playable ( I have tried it for a couple hours only), It gets around 40 to 49 fps, but the notebook is getting hot really quick and the fan is blowing really loud, so I am still playing it without wse most of the time. I don't want to kill it; I have it for 3 months only.

This is fine for crpg. I have almost the same(i3 & GT610 & 6GB RAM) & about 60-80fps. This one will give you >100fps.

Why would you want a Notebook in the first place?
Get a used desktop-pc cheap and slam in a middle-class gfx card and enjoy all settings maxed

We play at work

For 600dollar u can easy find a notebook with a GT620 and that'll play it well enough.
-
What NVIDIA card?
NVIDIA NVS 4200M
-
That is a weird card (business laptop?), but it should be roughly as good as a 520M, which is definitely enough to play on low-medium settings. Are you sure you don't have outdated drivers?

wow i'm a putz, so I looked up my graphics card in my laptop and saw it was dx11 capible... I tried to launch wse2 again and it failed, but the error said missing dll. I searched the error and found dx9 not to be installed!! I ran the updates it recommended and they failed. Here my windows update was broken and not installing it, I manually installed it and its working now :o

Haha score! cmpxchg8b takes checks for saving you $600. $300 should cover his technical support :P
