  • Increase the speed on the map  by 1/5 (i like a gradual increase more then the all or nothing approach)
  • For an attack u need 1/3 of the troop count of the defenders, but not more than 1500 (fix the fief's turtling problem) (why? please explain a bit more)
  • Remove loot system 25%, 50%, if the team wants to get extra weapons let scaveng it on the battlefield. All uncollected weapons appear in TC of closest fief's, with a discount of 40-80%. (free players traders/bandits can get cheap shit)
    I would suggest a different approach:
    - Blacksmith to upgrade weapons to the loomlevel provided in certain fiefs
    - 25% loot is maximum and only would be given if enemy flags would be taken, if tickets just run before then 10% loot.
  • Replace pile of wood for unbreakable weaponrack, additional leave as is now.
    this please now(perhaps not indistructable but a lot tougher to destroy)

Increasing speed will also mean that if you don't want to be surprise attacked you really have to spend your day looking at the strat page.

Agree, this is the only one of Vovkas suggestions I dislike, I think the speed is fine.

    (those players who do not have much free time could do shit on the map in a free hour in the evening, a large fraction harder to attack free traders, for bandits easier to attack unprotected fiefs)

i dont think these are a good idea (not all of them, i have no time to answer each one of them now). i disaggree with the most

So for attack we need 5k, 3k, 2k
but for battle time u can spend only 1,7k

Why? cos we have eyes on border and movement spped soo low what we easy can resuply fiefs withouth garrison

The 33% rules does not apply for fiefs.
You can attack a fief with 242234 troops with a mere army of 100 afaik.

As i know its not work with Neutral fiefs and dont count fief's pop but u still need 33% from number of garrison
