I never get that shit to work. QMB/K does nothing.

Press escape.
Press "submit a poll".
Press "kick player" or "ban player".
Press on the players name.
But remember to write the reason BEFORE you make the poll.
EDIT: and even when you do that, write it once more after the poll. There is always someone who writes "wut resan?". Even when you write the reason before, after, and once more after, you made the poll.

It would surprise you how many do not.
Although it's even worse with the people who still says "wut rason? No rason? Boll aboze!" when you have written a reason before the poll, after the poll, and immediatly after another idiot asks for the reason.
