After creating an alternate character 3 days have passed and transmitted to the ground persanazha anything from it can not be! How to fix it ! Please help

Sorry, you need a better translation for me to understand what the issue is. Are you trying to transfer items from an alt to another character? Or trying to make it your main?

In addition to being 3 days old, it also has to be at least lvl 15 to transfer items away from it. What level is the character?
