Pretty simple really, I get a load of gear back from the front lines all broken and fucked up, which arent worth putting in any new armies. Perhaps X% of the item cost per loom level restored, providing you are in the fief that can craft that item. I am tired of working in 21 +1 plate covered round shields because Im OCD about wasting shit.
Discuss.

yes pls

I think it's rather pointless. Certainly, you would not be able to repair an item passed what a fief could produce. So it would actually be less useful than everyone makes it out to be. I have recently had my army in numerous battles, and had to transfer off excess gear within my hour of immunity, and as nice as it would be, it would actually be a seldom used feature. After every battle, I would have to give the gear back to my faction mates, and have them sneak into enemy villages to repair captured gear. Any of my damaged gear would have to be carted back to our homelands to be repaired.

well even though it might seem like a big hassle, it's still better than the current lack of any repair :)

Please either dump or completely reform this, its a chore to constantly having to sort threw the gear after each fight.
More importunately people will forget to switch armour or weapons when there are 5 different versions of the same item.
Seriously, what's the point? Why is this in?
There have been so many "suggestions" and complaints about this current system.
Can we please, please and please finally be rid of this abomination of a feature?
