Why is the "white" faster than the "black" and why is it also 2 times more expensive?

Isn't that racist?  :shock:

Most white horses descend from certain arabian/middle eastern like horses who are naturaly white, and bred for speed. Unlike european draft horses.

Someone correct me if Im wrong.

The better question is why dont we have multiple skins for the destrier, seems like black would be the most popular choice.

Because Courser comes from Africa, while Rouncey is a cheap european horse.

In this case, Courser is "black" and Rouncey is "white", even if their appearance tells different story.

The clear bias is shown in the difficulty. They are trying to say that it is twice as difficult to be white than black?
