not 100% sure, though i believe start tickets were introduced to exchange the old direct gold grind through playing cRPG. There has never since been strat tickets for playing on strategus/duel servers. So best guess yes intended, but i don't know why.

You just get strat ticks when you have more than x2, and then every second tick... so on duel you just have x1 everytime - question solved.... i think ^^
