Title: Camera: Double tap not working

I need the camera to be faster than a horse so that when I am following a rule breaker I can catch up to them without using the "show names" cheat. It does not seem to be working anymore when you double tap "W' to speed it up.

Ctrl for faster and Shift for slower, you can remap them in Controls.
