This guy leech all the time in the DTV servers, every time I enter a server I see him play one round and after that afk for 3 hours without moving.

Walk towards him, so you see his name and press QML to kick him after 30 seconds if he won't stop the timer.

problem here is that he might sit around, wanking, while paying attention that no one presses M on him. i saw that often enough and when your have the game opened in window-mode you can resize the window and even watch pr0n while it. I know what I am talking about.
