I have had it for a few days, I was wondering if anyone here had any advice on how to take care of it at home from personal experience. I do not think my case is serious, I have no clawing of the hand, but my pinky and ring finger are both numb, the pinky more so than the ring finger. I think I got it from resting my elbow on a hard surface while on the PC. Been keeping my arm as straight as I can, symptoms dont seem to be getting worse (yet)
I would go see a doctor but that isnt financially possible atm

Use your other hand to set your joints/hinges(?) in motion. Increase that over time but start with small practises. After you did that for like 10-15 minutes you can "very gently" also stretch you hands.
This should increase bloodflow and increases flexibility again. My father has this and he also got operation because of it.
Don't overdo the practicing, better you do it regularly every day for a little bit then too long at once.
Also keep your hand(s) warm, perhaps you can get for cheap fingerless woolen gloves or have someone to get you a pair.
