This armor (i think it's the Eastern Lamellar Robe) seams to have a vertex going crazy with WSE2.

This looks like screen tearing to me. This is when the Refresh rate in the game, is higher than the one on your desktop. Try putting on V-Sync on or putting your max fps to what your Refresh rate is of your desktop.
Or it could be something completely different ;)

Tearing is a thin horizontal tear on the screen, that thing in the screenshot is fucked up rigging/vertex data.

Keeps happening. For me it's always the same shoulder part of one of the new chinese armours...

Yeah, although I've also seen it on a static part on Holmet Castle for a while, but then it disappeared.
