Title: Does power draw hurt in any way?
Post by: Gaunt on April 23, 2011, 10:54:45 pm
I have heard rumors that power draw makes you shoot slower or less accurate.

Is this true? Will I suffer if I get 8 power draw?

Not anymore. It did hurt accuracy before the last patch.
Going above 10 in any skill is useless I've heard.

Also, if you have more than4 over the requirement of the bow, the benefit does not add further.
example: 8 PD for khergit, 9 PD for strong bow being the max PD benefit.

sometimes official formulae and user experience differ.

I have experienced noticable reduction of accuracy going from PD7/8 to PD9/10 with my warbow, if you have the same WPF.
Seems you still need more WPF to achieve the same accuracy with a higher PD.
