Title: Respeccing is giving me problems

So I'm trying to respec, put my characters name and password but it gives me an error on the Character name, I've tried to copy and paste my character name and still it gives me "Enter the name of your character to make sure you are respeccing the correct one.".

I'm fucking stupid, Caps op.
