Title: Knights Union of the Tundra Territories is No More -- (disbanded)

KUTT has Disbanded

I am hereby announcing the disbandment of KUTT, both in c-RPG and Strategus. Members of KUTT whom wish to continue with Strategus will do so on their own and separate accord. I do not wish foul upon any member currently, or previously within KUTT and I do disband this clan whole heartedly for the means to release its members to find better, more suiting homes than what I as a leader can currently provide. I wish each and every one of you good luck, and may the path you choose to travel from henceforth be forever plentiful with treasure.


I treasure the friendships and companions I have met on my journey as one of the elders in the Knights Union, I would not trade the past year for anything else, and could not think myself apart of any other clan as great as this one has been. Xeen, Para, Celti, you guys welcomed me and Doom into your circle of friends and from there we began a great, noteworthy clan. With your departure already from c-RPG, the clan has lost its meaning. Paired with the departure of good friends before you and after, I am left to find myself asking "Why continue to lead?" It is unfair to current members for me to ask them wear the tag and banner of our faction while hardly wishing to do so myself.


This does not mean I am looking to join another faction nor make one immediately, I am simply loosening my reigns upon KUTT and will not be passing it on any further. At this time, KillerofFlowers and former members of Cross hold a large possession of our Strategus claims--I will be surrendering New Bulugur to them or Hospitaller (whichever seems most fitting).

Please, understand that it is not easy to do this or make this post. I am not doing it for attention, I am doing it because it is right to let everyone know where we stand. This disbandment was only spoken of with senior members and if you were left out of original talks--I do apologize. Please respect my decision, and know that it is for the best. Those whom still wish to play alongside me and others, feel free to contact me--but in 12-24 hours from now, I will be clearing the ladder of its members and disbanding the strategus faction as well.

This is extremely disappointing to see a major clan die, I really hope that this was not due to any stress or complications that originated from Strategus.


Every time I see a major clan die I am tempted to start my own.

KUTT will never be fully dead as long as Xeen, Celti, and myself are around. We may not be playing as actively as we used to be, but we haven't fully quit. I personally wouldn't have a problem if KUTT reverted to a small teamwork based clan again.

Those who stay are always welcome, but those who decide to move on to bigger and better things will have no hard feelings brought against them.

I guess it had to happen at some point.

I'll be sticking around for another week or so to see how things roll. If things don't look like they'll go much better, Big King Double T might have to find some new bros to roll with.

Quite the opposite, the core members were never interested in Strategus. The main thing is the game has just gotten incredibly stale, You're either a side swing spamming 2h or you're dead. Down with turn speed nerf.

It's not as big as you may think, there's only about 15 members left, and we don't feel it fitting to pass the rights to the clan on to any current member. KUTT was sacredly Xeen and his friends' clan, they were gracious to give it to me not so long ago--but I can't fulfill what was once a great thing.

To those who are interested in the "why".  Them telling us that they accepted Para's map rotation and then not only not implementing it, but adding more bad maps was what finally broke our spirits.  It was shitty timing for strat because a lot of us were low level and just simply didn't feel like grinding our way back to 30 just to play some strat battles(that's one of the big reasons so few kutt members showed to our own battles).

Well, this sucks.... I can't help but feel partly responsible for this disbanding of KUTT. Don't get me wrong, being in KUTT for the time I was, it was amazingly fun especially when everyone was on and the server was populated. XEEN always yelling at everyone, and Caita laughing randomly at random things that Snackbar said was always amusing. Extremely saddening to see KUTT disband a short time after dealing with strat stress and a few members leaving, one being me. I wish everyone the best of luck and hope you all find other people as chill as most of KUTT was.

Will miss you guys. besides why disband the strat faction with the best color?!

I think the thing I was really bothered about was just being told on teamspeak by Xeen that I was not really wanted in KUTT anymore and some shit about being a ball squire instead of a member thats all I remember. Then boom I was removed after that and kinda held a grudge against you guys because it seemed more of a random removal more than anything.

I personally loved the purple surcoats with kettle helmets in their strat battles.  Made me feel like a hybrid version of Kirby.. Too bad :(

Out of respect for KUTT, the village I will be governing over will has purple surcoats and kettle helmets, even though I was strongly against the idea of using them in the first place!

I'm saddened to see the passing of this great clan, you're all great players with excellent potential and I honestly never had anything against any of you other than the fact that you had more bear skins than I.  I can only wish you gentlemen luck in your future endeavors and I sincerely hope that whatever you do next I pray to the GODKING that you do well.

Hey, we held a fief for almost 24 hours. Pretty good for dudes who didn't know what the hell they were doing.

It was kind of hard to get stuff done with Truthful making farting noises in TS 24/7, but whatever... *shrug*

Really sad to see this happen, In my eyes Kutt always had a lot of respectable members, they were on par with Occitan to whom I hold the utmost respect. Hate to sound like an opportunist but your always welcome in Hospitaller, but that aside any clan you join, as long as we are not at war with them, we would like to help out in any way possible.

Really do wish you lads all the best, It's a sad day for the Crpg community : /

Strat really had very little, if anything to do with it--you can read the previous pages like 1-3 as to why, there are a few of the reasons in there.

Sorry to see Kutt go but you got to have to do what you have to do. Good luck to you guys and hope you guys come back sometime renewed. Siege may miss the KUTT stack (or be glad there's a hole to be filled) but I for one will miss the purple banner.
