Title: Tuxedo banner

A few months ago I 'designed' a tux banner that some guys and I charged into battle with.

This is what it looked like.

However, soon after I started using this banner new rules got enforced and many banners got removed, including the tux.

But now after some months have passed I have seen some quite horrible banners being used and I don't really see why the tuxedo banner wouldn't be allowed. The fact that the 'Semenstorm' banner is still around kind of says it all.

The rules about what is allowed and what isn't aren't very clear so I figured I'd make a post. I just fail to see why these banners (and many many others I have seen over the last few months) are allowed and the tux isn't.

I have a character ready to retire and I would really like to do the tux thing again, so I'd like to know what the devs/mods think about this.

Sir! I believe you're right! We must correct this injustice immediately!

Not just for tux wars (however awesome that sounds), but for the sheer enjoyment of seeing such banners. Having restrictions on banners seems absurd to me. It's part of what makes me enjoy the game.

Like that one guy with the banner that was done in paint and it's all just squiggly lines, but it's upside down so you cant even see what it says. Good stuff. I do agree on keeping them work safe however. The SS banner being on the edge of that probably, but that's also the point of it I suppose. You have to admit though that lil' semen guy is pretty funny looking.

Anyway Long live Tuxedo banners! Long live those well thought out real faction banners! Long live creativity!!

Hey now, our cute puppy banner was meant to be a pagan symbol...

...and the SS on it meant "super sexy"....

...And the circle with the cross only meant to pinpoint where you should be looking.

lol there was also a faction with "451 cups" written as their banner. I think it been removed now

yah, lots of banners are shit again. the "report banner!"-button is still missing on the ladder-clansites. :D
also clans listed in ladders with less than 4 members for x days should automatically be removed.

To the tux-banner: Well... its not very medi-eval, thats the contra-point for it... but it does not offend anyone, there is no font on it and its not a bad quality. so I think it really could be allowed. - So much from me as somebody who rages against shitty banners alot. ;)

But thats where you're wrong because they are probably male and probably would destroy you if you even thought of inserting your cucumber into there drainage hole.

Well I guess I waited long enough,  I just bought a banner-slot. Classy gentlemen will roam the battlefield once again!
