When I start the launcher and it tries to update the log says
[18:25:10] Checking for launcher update
[18:25:15] Checking for launcher update (with proxy)
[18:25:20] Failed to check for launcher update (The operation has timed out)
And when I hit play it gives me this
[18:28:37] Downloading version info
[18:30:01] The underlying connection was closed: An unexpected error occurred on a receive.
[18:30:01] Unable to read data from the transport connection: An existing connection was forcibly closed by the remote host.
[18:30:01] An existing connection was forcibly closed by the remote host
[18:30:01] Failed to download version info, turning system proxy on
[18:30:01] Downloading version info

[18:31:25] Update failed
and then this pops up
