Title: Need help with banner

I created own clan, then I win an auction. I created own banner and save it in my clan settnings. I can see it in clan menu but not in battle. What i do wrong? My clan name ist: Sleeping Forest. My english ist bad, sorry.

Have you uploaded the file and used that as the clan banner on the website, then selected use clan's banner in-game on your character?

You have to edit your character in game and "select clan banner" at the bottom of the banner selection page.

did you buy a bannerslot? im not into these banner things, but it might be the problem.
