I am messing around with different archer builds and have decided on using this 18/21 build:

Archery:150
One Handed:50 or 2 handed 50?

Weapon Master:6
Athletics:7
Power Strike:4
Power Draw:6

I have been using a yumi bow with 2 quivers of bodkins and a mace.I would like to change this build to use the Rus bow (2 slot) and still have 2 lots of Bodkin arrows.

Which 0 slot 1 hander should I use with 4 PS and will it be much worse than the Mace I currently use with 4 PS?

What is the maximum weight of armor I should have for this build.

Any help, much appreciated.

If you're only going to go up to 6 WM you might as well go 18/18 so you can max out your PS and get some IF. Two PS and 5 IF is worth a lot more than 1 ATH.

Also, if you want a good 0-slotter, the Hammer is always a good choice.
