Title: Mod is... Wut?

I just wanna say, if we say the mod is dying and post on the forum to tell it or repeat it in game, people will think the mod is dying and it'll make a bad publicity preventing new players from joining as they think anyway people are stopping playing, and won't want to join afterwards.. Also, it can discourage players already advanced from investing (as even if skill is very important, it is a grind game that require some investment), or influence them for quitting themselves...

I don't think the mod is dying, there are a lot of gamers, passionate and/or devoted ones such as I who don't want it to end, who find the idea awesome and have lots of plans for the future. We've seen quite a few drops of players before, especially at the end of semesters, and players did come back after.

At fifteen, I had the will to  learn ; at thirty, I could stand ; at forty, I had no  doubts ; at fifty, I understood the heavenly Bidding ;  at sixty, my ears were opened ; at seventy, I could  do as my heart lusted without trespassing from the  square. :shock: (and it is still kicking ass 8-) )

When you consider lack of players - have in mind unreasonable holiday sales of games on steam and other places... they will get back for their fix ;)

I agree with OP. I find it silly that people keep reposting this silly meme over and over. counterproductive.
It isnt even funny. Whenever people type it out in chat, I read it as "I am retarded" .. but maybe that is just me.. It equally funny as "arrow in the knee ... "

However there is a chance that I have gotten too old and grumpy to understand the finer points of 1ntArTu8e-humor.   :oops:

When people stop saying it then it probably will literally be dead.

Kind of makes it hard to have a genuine discussion about player number declining though, without people thinking its a joke
