Title: Installed on new PC, Lose all my characters?

Installed it on a new PC, I go in game get my password, enter it on the site. It lets me log in and I see all my characters, yet when I launch CRPG I have none of them...

If you are using the same serial key as before create profiles with the same character names.

Also:
C:\Users\Username\AppData\Roaming\Mount&Blade Warband\profiles.dat - you ingame chars(face, favorite servers etc.)
Just copy to new PC
