This decree is to be announced to those of the Tundra and any surrounding areas.
The Remnant Mercenaries have sold us the land of Bhulaban in exchange for 75,000 Gold Coins to be delivered with two weeks' time as well as 750 Troops to be delivered when available as soon as possible.
With this Agreement, Remnants are to honor a 60 Day Non Aggression Pact and potentially future safe-trade. In the event that the former Knights of the Tundra change banner or name, all agreements still apply and will not be void if this is done.
