My friend forgot his account name and password can anyone help him out?

Ask the devs. to find his name using his ip / cd-key?

No but seriously, try to make your "friend" remember what char. he first made his main, that will most likely be his log-in name.

I forgot my password (http://c-rpg.net/index.php?page=passwordrecoverwizard) will also tell you the account name.
