Some members of the Fallen clan are the most malignant people I have ever had a chance to talk to in this community. It is painfully obvious that this guy Fallen_jtobiasm was butthurting over something  so bad that he ended up provoking Ivani4. I mean, jtobiasm did not even try to block his attacks - he was too busy pressing M and making screenshots in hope that pit bull that was chewing his ass would let go.

How can you sleep at night, jtobiasm?

I hereby fully support this request by one and every kilo of my 130 KGs! Please, Ivanič is some sort of legend on the servers, without him, even for a day or few, the servers wont be the same...

Please unban this rarely talking rarely blocking smashemall legend!

I was there when it happened, Kulin. And jtobiasm didn't press M once. He screenshotted the logs once, that was it.

I don't see why you keep arguing in favour of Ivani. The case is perfectly clear. There's screenshots and witnesses of Ivani teamhitting on purpose.
I wanna hear one reason why he should have NOT been banned for that.

Any admin would have ruled like Everkistus in that case.

Looking clearly by the rules, sure Ivani4 deserves a ban, but if you take another look, you will see that ban report was dealt with immediately, and anyways, chances that Ivani4 will come here to give his side of the story is close to 0, because he does not speak English and rarely visits forum.

In other words, your clan is gay.

Actually i've discussed that with Ivani4 in TS today and he said that "Fallen HA" annoyed him on purpose, bumping and shooting in his direction jsut for lulz but when i asked him to post it here he said "Да пошли они на хуй" which is a kind and polite refuse so no comments from demigod for ye, sorry =(

See? That's what basicly everyone already knew and even without being there. That poor guy gets harrassed quite often - another known fact right there - and since he isn't much of a forum visitor someone had to put up a fight!

20:55:05 <Everkistus> how horrible

I say that my clan member posts a ban requests and I ban.

Also, I'll have no accusations on if I'm biased towards my clanmates or not. Everyone gets same treatment. This ban request got processed so fast because it was linked to me in IRC.

EDIT: it dawned to me that this whole topic is quite unnecessary. Ivani will get automaticly unbanned tomorrow morning.
