I did something similar in another community a while back, but it was just about pushups. When I started I was only able to do about 20 maybe a bit more and at the end I was able to do more than 80 pushups in a row. I guess that's not much for someone who does sport regulary, but I was pretty happy with the result at that time.
I think I should start making pushups again, I only did jogging for the past few months, I'm not sure if I'm still able to do even more than 40 pushups now...
thats the spirit, very good! It takes quite some descipline and dedication to pull through, how about you join the idea of logging it here, that will help for sure : ) I am doing max pushups two times a week in context with another workout, I will post my numbers in your thread so we can motivate eachother, what do you say? : ) am semi well trained atm, but cant imagine doing 80 : )

back when I was a 400m athlete, we did push ups in school as part of a test (sport LK ; ) and after a few minutes my teacher told me to stop because we had to proceed with other tests. It were a lot, but cant even remember when we stopped counting :D
