Title: Can only play c-RPG without WSE

Even after a clean install of both the c-RPG files and the launcher, I have the following:

• Launch c-RPG launcher as an administrator.
• Click "Play cRPG."
• Watch banners/etc being updated.
• See launcher close and main warband launcher pop up.
• See in task manager "mb_warband_old.exe" appear.
• Click "play" with cRPG selected.
• Main warband launcher vanishes without intro scene nor loading screen appearing.
• See in Task Manager "mb_warband_old.exe" vanish after approximately two seconds.
• No error or CTD messages.

Any suggestions?


Oddly enough, I can still play c-RPG without using WSE, by launching in Steam Warband directly, and then ignoring the "must use WSE" messages. However, this is not ideal, obviously, as I can't see certain features and see the occasional string of line errors. (Mainly an issue in Strategus battles as I can't use things like Weapon Racks).

Any chance you get a WSE crashlog at that time?
Would be in modules/cRPG/WSE/

Random guess would be AV blocking access or something with your sound drivers :mrgreen:

But you need cmp on this.
