Title: Still can't download 2.9.2.5

Ever since 2.9.1.0 I can't update it anymore. I have retired (not exaggerating) at least 20+ times. It always stops downloading at the exact same file, textures/song_horse_h.dds at 222989 bytes left. Please help me fix it ._.

I fixed it (finally), and if you have this problem, the way I got the launcher to work was using a proxy software (hotspot shield works just fine).
