Earlier... about an hour ago, we had just spawned from a new round in Siege, HoC_Retainer_Milo decided to run right up to me and *wack* hit me over the top of the head and immediately leave.

after that, you asked to me that i would taken anny action towards him
i have asked him that if it was true, and he told to me that he was sorry and it was a accident
what else do you want us to do, since you left us with such a drama, you are targetting HoC  on every occasion
if milo did it, he deserve a ban, but i believe him if it was an accident

I have no clue what had happened, but the fact that Kirby tugs on the admins sleeves like they're his parents in every incident, must be getting old for you admins  :?

Following the story I can get here...


Since HoC_Retainer_Milo has no record of even doing this in the past, and this was only a single teamwound. The only question I have is why was he swinging in spawn

Actually before there was tension between us in Siege, I quote after he killed me : 'No plate no good',  I then responded with a double kill, and typed it right back to him.  Nothing more.  I then get Teamwounded for no reason, something like that should not be taken lightly.  It is simply immature and is unneeded in c-rpg at the moment.  It's not needed at all actually.

ok, i have heard on ts, that you (kirby) really was bad playing without your plate gear on
if he did it, ok, ban him for a few houres, but did he tk'd you??
i have noticed already, when me or anny HoCmember tw you on accident, you report me or the HoCmember, before we can type sorry
he said sorry about it on ts, and i passed it to you at chat, what else do you need me to do
this is just a banrequest because he's from HoC, nothing else, just because the drama between oure clans, nothing more

Actually no, that's not true.  I attempt to do the mature thing and say 'NP' the only people that I press M on, are the ones that continually (even after the warning they've received) insult me.  Most of your members have tw'd me without getting an M.  On the other hand, I do my occasional TW, and just so happen to clip my sword onto one of you and get an IMMEDIATE M.  Don't take this personal, I'm doing something that actually deserves it's attention... The fact that you think this is out of my own personal feelings is plain annoying.  It's more than just me being from HoC.  Btw, you stating that you heard my skill level is low in Ban request area is hilarious.

Milo was trying to bait kirby into a troll-off a map earlier so honestly he was going after kirby for whatever reason. And Milo should be told to Leave Kirby alone, but since I believe this is the 2nd time its happened it shows he cannot be trusted to do it. Also lets not forget the fact that he is told AFTER he TWs kirby and was trying to bait him instead of during by a fellow HoC

i have nothing against you, but he tw't you, he said sorry to me tru ts, and i told you tru chat what he told me
if he did it, and i haven't seen a thing, but you asked me to take action against him, what i did, i can't do more then tell him that what milo did was wrong
but again, this ban request is only to satify your hatred towards HoC, and this will give more drama between HoC and Malta, and its getting old

after the last banrequest to oure clan from you, we all ignore you, because we don't wanna have anny problems anymore
and the fact that you after that request to warn malta and hoc to act mature, that you sended a 700 man army towards us in strat.
by the only guy who defended you in that treath


so, just grow up, and put your banrequest in a place where the sun never shine

What are you talking about?  I never sent an army up to you, Useugi_John went up there and was ATTACKED by Velucan empire, he simply asked me for your TS info... (No, it's a fact that you hate Malta, I still have some friendly confrontations in game with some members.)


[edit]  Not only do you not ignore me, about 1 week ago, I had a brush in with 2 admins discussing about the insults I received about my alleged 'high' voice from high ranking members of HoC.  And whether or not I should complain. 

Never the less, this is not about Malta and HoC's relationship, this is about HoC_Retainer_Milo

Might I point out that Milo did hardly any damage. He could have been lagging or whatever. The main thing is, it is a singular tw with near no damage, I honestly see no reason why someone especially with no record, should be punished for such a minor thing...


There shouldn't have even been a ban request, it is obvious this is just because of the clan drama.

Milo will receive a warning

It been brought to me that Milo has already receive a warning so a 12h will be issused
