haha, The rondel dagger is so OP, I was playing siege this day and got 27 kills with it xD. good players are so supprised off thats speed when u hide the dagger behind the shild =D. And the dmg on it amazing.

9/30 with 3 PS, 10 SHD/ATH is probably the most optimal build for a rondel. No skill point goes to waste and all the necessary skills get maxed out.

If you insist on a 3/36 build, dropping shield to 10 in favor of 12 athletics would definitely be better. The extra hits your shield will take with 12 shield skill isn't worth the extra mobility from 12 athletics.
