Title: throwing bug?

hmmm...seems I never get the 'proficiency is too low' message even while wearing the heaviest gear. Is this a bug or working as intended?

You can wear heavy armor and throw btw. There isn't anything preventing this.

I know but it seems that now you can wear whatever even with low wpf and higher PT. Seems it used to be different but maybe not. Would just like to know so I don't loom a certain outfit only to find out later it was a bug and I can't wear my loomed item without penalty.

They changed the system, now archer can wear heavy plate pretty much whatever they want, it's realistic because in real life they have heavy plated-archers...same with throwing.

Take a look, if you're an archer, you are like level 35 with tons of golds because you always wears light armors, to those people in high levels they should have the chance to wear heavier-armors
