Title: Still have the problem after the update

Yesterday before the update I changed my in-game name and everything went smooth. Played for a while, was all smooth. But I get on today, and I have 2 levels gone (17-19) which isn't necessarily a big deal, but the character that now has the name I wanted, all of his stuff is gone (around 20-30k of gear) and he isn't even level 17. Sorry if this doesnt entirely make sense, but to sum it all up, I'm missing two levels, and around 25k. help? :?

Probably got hit by the rollback after some people decided it would be a good idea to exploit the marketplace.

Is it possible for me to have one of the Admins or whatever give me some compensation? (xp wise) I don't even care about the money.
