agi: 9

pt : 10
ps : 7

ath : 3

wpf : all in throwing!

you can also make a more soft version like 27/12 with more wpf

humm.. for casual smoke bomb it's ok

but pure smoke bomb need more ath

it's a very specific built : you need exactly 148 wpf to be capable of headshotting, but you also need exactly 8 pt to be able to kill and the rest is pure speed!

Athletics: 5

why 17 agi? make it 15 and max if
