Title: Clan banners not working for me.

I've:
1. Edited my main to "use Clan Banners"
2. Made sure I'm listed in my faction.
3. Repaired the C-rpg intallation.

Clan banner does not show in game.  It worked until about 1 week ago.
What else can I do?
