Title: Error with cRPG.exe!

I've clicked on the link to download... attempt it but it comes up with an error like

"Windows cannot find C:/Users... cRPGlauncher.exe. Make sure you typed the name correctly"
or
"(the same)... You may not have the proper permissions to access the item".   
What's up with that?

I've disabled my firewall but I doubt that would be the problem please respond if you have any insight into this crap.

Disable your antivirus.
