Title: Ban Request Mr. Fista

Yesterday on siege, as people were trying to break doors down, SoW_Mr_Fista_the_Retribution was standing behind them, blocking their overhead swings and getting tw'd by their attacks on the door.  He did this on two doors.  I asked him to stop doing it, politely, and he immediately tw'd me.  I have no ss of him standing behind the people breaking the door down, but I do have this:

There are no enemies in the picture.  We had just broken through the second door when this happened.

I like Fista, I would have his children if Locs worked that way, but no one is above the law.
Well, except Huey, and Allers...etc.
I'm just editing instead of reposting just to avoid a mute, but Spook had his run.

I remember you complaining about him doing this in TS but I sadly didn't see it myself.

Fista is a good dude and clanmate his only problem is he has ridiculous ping. Just saw this thread and wanted to let the admins no. He tws ALOT but doesnt mean it.

High ping doesn't make you A) stand behind teammates breaking down the door and interrupt their swings REPEATEDLY on DIFFERENT DOORS or B) start swinging when no enemies are around, and the only one that is in hitting range is the guy who just asked you not to do A.

I NEVER hit him.  And even if he didn't speak english, he would have recognized his name when I typed in team chat.  Dread, what are you doing in this thread?  You weren't there, you're not a mod.  He broke rules, I filled out a ban request, chill out man.

I also don't see anything in the rules about being foreign giving you diplomatic protection from server rules.

You said you hit him while hitting the door correct?  Hes not that good of aplayer anddoesnt know much. Even tho you were trying to hit the door you whacked him. He didnt understand why is what im trying to say

Wow week and still noone got to this I would like to apologize for the NA admining Council (or whatever the community calls us now) for delaying this ban request

48h ban will be issued

This is your 3rd ban about tking/twing. Also enjoy taking the time off Crpg to go trick or treating :)
