Title: Add a little information for every fief.

Just a thing that came to my mind:

Enable fief owners to set a short text (probably two lines) information for their fief.
This would prevent a lot of missunderstandings and would help the trading.

Would look like this: (sry for bad edit  :wink:)

You can see all the troop info, good price, and s&d from 300,000 meters away...
