Don't mind him, it will still be a viable build, i'm sure. But don't be surprised when your 2h and a warbow will both need 2 slots. You'll need to go strong bow, probably. Also, will ALL 2h take 2 slots or just the bigger longer ones?

Not sure what the best 2h / archery wpf ratio would be, perhaps some experienced archers can help out. I think some of the better archers go for 100% archery and nothing in 2h wpf. Might be better.
In my opinion 140 isn't enough. There is a world of difference in aiming between my strength archer:
24 Strength
15 agility
25 two-hand
143 archery
5 powerstrike
5 athletics
8 powerdraw
5 weaponmaster
and the standard melee/archer hybrid:
15 strength
24 agility
99 two-hand
155 archery
3 one-hand
5 powerstrike
5 athletics
5 powerdraw
8 weaponmaster
with regards to aiming. With 155 wpf I can generally count my arrows to go where I point them at, with 143 there is no aiming involved past medium-range. Of course, my KDR on my strength archer is higher because when I have melee proficiency I tend to want to use it, which I assume is your goal.
Personally if I'm going archer again I think I'll try some sort of combination of those two builds, with 6 powerdraw and count on heirlooming my war bow to make up for the powerdraw and add ton of wpf. A long sword with 1 wpf just feels like a short great sword anyway.
[edit]
A funny thing about playing strength archer is because you practically have no wpf in melee, if you use a slow weapon like a great sword (Sword of war personally) you don't really need to do holds because the slowness of the thing throws people off. Hilarious watching people let go of block halfway in my sword's swing. Shame it will no longer be viable in the next patch.
