Title: Respec issues.

When I type in my characters correct name and my correct password and hit enter it pops up saying I need to enter his name, even though I just did.

Maybe thats the problem? Try to do it without copy paste

Well I'm doing it exactly only thing wrong is my character name has a capital letter and it switches the caps off right away.

Perhaps try to apply for namechange, then you respec?
