I don't follow the Norwegian national team that much. I don't really follow norwegians specifically in other sports either. Born in the same country, that's all that we have in common, no reason to root for them. I prefer following athletes and teams based on how cool they are, how much of an enjoyment they bring or the class they have, not based on what area they were born.

Just brought up that match since it was the first thing I thought of when I saw the result. I remember watching Newcastle - Arsenal on the telly with a few mates (one were an arsenal fan). We were all speechless, and the arsenal fan was pretty disappointed to say the least. My guess is this match rendering many people speechless as well. :wink:

But that doesn't matter. Sweden sucks and won't make it to the World Cup in brazil anyway, Germany will make it to the semi-finals or the final and Spain will win the cup again.  :P

i envy both teams that they are able to score 4 times in a match. our team scored 3 goals in last 6 matches - the sad part is all of them were against malta in one home match :D (another bright side is our forward scored for the first time in his 17 matches in that game). oh if one could bring nedved, koller and poborsky back...

We've enjoyed every second of Sverige's comeback last night. That Arsenal vs Newcastle match cost me some money in terms of betting but my favorite match of all times (when it comes to Gerries) has to be this one:

I'm quite happy with the result. I kinda like Khedira as a footballer and can't stand Kroos. It showed what a shit DM Kroos is defensively. Different to him Khedira can defend and he has the tactical and physical requirements to support the back four properly like a holding midfielder should do.

Kroos just wants to play a 10. Even if he can't get past Özil there and has to play a nominal 6 he still sneaks forward to get into an OM position. Works well if the own team is dominating but when the shit hits the fan defensively he is just not there to defend. After the 4-2 Khedira would have kicked some smelly Swedes out of the picture to wake his team up. A better way to get a yellow card than for executing a freekick TOO EARLY to waste time like Schweini did.

I don't give a fuck about Sweden or Germany, we beat Ukraine in Kiev. For a country of 630 000, our track record is pretty decent.

Well I'd say it was more the Centraly back's fault, as for example Badstuber wasn't really paying attention on the 2nd and 3rd goal and Neuer fucked some goals up as well.
Normally he catches balls like those easily, especially bad shots like those Sweden made.
