Title: Ability to see what other membera of fraction can see for rank 10 in strategus

Nothing to add. They will see it anyway by screenshots or verbal description from others but since its 21 century maybe we could add it into Strategus.

doesnt really fit with the strategy or realism

and while we're on the subject, there should be a rank requirement for being able to see info from the 'faction' section (troops, equipment, gold)

Now you need your other members to tell you the situation in other parts of the map, so all members feel involved. If you don't need them for that they are less invovled in strat, so i do not like the idea.

Increases the "few big bosses enjoy strat, the normal players are mere minions" spirit.

Well I am just one of this guys who always need to make screenshots and describe the situation. I have nothing against it really its fun but also it is boring and I become lazy with my age :)
