Title: Renameable fiefs

Nova/New ____ fief names are awful and this has lead to much confusion in the forums as well as in Strategus in general.  Whoever is the lord of a fief at the end of Strat 4 should be able to rename to fief to something that will be admin approved.

Can't wait to put MURDERCITY on the map.

Rather some nice fitting names for the NA fiefs. Good idea however.

Nice sounding suggestion, horrible consequences.
