Title: Fief/ player message boards.

Make it possible for a fief to have something like a messageboard.

On this board they can write things like: cheap reinforced plate armors here, Do not trade, anything potentially important to know for players that enter a fief.

The same for players, so they can show to their environment what it is they are doing if they want to. For example: just passing through, will not use S&D in this area, might protect them from unnecessary conflict.

agreed, would also be nice to see what discussions where going on about your feif while it had its last owners
