Well in his Tazjunat battle he paid a guy 5000 gold for some reason...(most likely exploiting the merc pay mechanic to get someone money in strat).  The other people were paid 25-100 gold each depending on performance.

In his battle for dusturil he paid everyone 100 gold (only like 15 signed up).

no 1 was paid 5000 gold sir. He asked for 5000 and as you can see my army gear is like leather and crap so the Order has not supplied me well in terms of gold but only zeal. I pay a fair enugh price atm from my

personal purse. When I get more gold Ill be more generous.

You can't even pay more than 1000 gold. Or is that limited on clan mates only?

Yeah the guy asked for 5000 gold, he played like shit, but Lordark still gave him 5000 gold ;x

It was a non-faction member.

I doubt I'd give you 5000 gold for mercing unless you carried the battle...but Lordark is highborn from a very wealthy lineage as well as controlling very rich lands so he may be able to afford this.  I'm just a lowborn diplomat who has had to weasel my way into every copper I possess.

Mercs are never wealthy, we gotta make our way battle by battle. Damn lordlings.
