This guy always comes in the NA7 server and tk's someone, or kills the virgin. How many times has he been banned now?

Don't know if this is a factor, but he plays with 260 ping.

Btw i am not sure if he understand english and know rules(never saw that he wrote something in chat). I can say this guy looks like newbie, but i see he want to be helpfull for team but not always successfull. He looks for me like harmless guy who have no friends in cRPG but still wanna fun! :)

Definitely not. He's been around for a while now, and should have a vague understanding by now that intentionally killing a teammate is bad.
